A focused, in-home working consultation to identify the changes that will make the greatest visual impact before your home is photographed, listed, and shown to buyers.
We’ll walk the home together and prioritize where to invest, what to edit, what to rearrange—and what may not need changing at all.
02 — STAGING & STYLING
Up to 3 hours · $350
For homes that need more than advice, this hands-on session allows us to work together to make the changes that matter most.
I’ll help rearrange furniture, edit rooms, style surfaces and accessories, improve flow and refine the overall presentation using primarily what you already own.
03 — FULL-SERVICE STAGING
Custom quote
For homes that need a more comprehensive approach, full-service staging provides support from the initial plan through final styling and preparation for market.
Services are tailored to the home and may include room-by-room styling, furniture and accessory recommendations, sourcing, installation and final preparation for listing photography and showings.
